Why there is still no answer from the Turkish authorities about the whereabouts of Suhrob Zafar and Nasimjon Sharipov.
The political movement “Group-24” cannot confirm and cannot refute any information related to the illegal extradition of the leader of the movement Suhrob Zafar and his representative in Turkey Nasimjon Sharipov. We have never received any reliable information from official sources.
But we have reason to believe that there may have been a deal between the Turkish and Tajik authorities.
As we reported, Nasimjon Sharipov, a representative of the movement in Turkey, disappeared on February 23 this year, but on March 15 his phone was activated for several hours and he read the messages sent, but did not answer. We know that before that this happened with the phones of other missing dissidents when they were already extradited to Tajikistan. After extradition, their phones were activated. The mysterious disappearance of Suhrob and Nasimjon takes place in Turkey for the first time. Previously, we were always informed about their arrest.
Another evidence of the involvement of the Turkish and Tajik authorities is that the cameras recorded a car with tinted windows about a meter from the place of Nasimjon’s disappearance, and Sharipov’s voice was heard on the recording, resisting during the arrest. That is, it is safe to say that Sharipov was kidnapped and taken away in that very car.
Another proof of involvement in the disappearance of members of the government movement is that Turkish lawyers, who previously always collaborated with us in the event of the arrest of members of the movement, this time take up the case, but after a while refuse to lead it without explanation.
This all suggests that it is likely that the abduction of the leader of the Group of 24 and its representative was organized at the highest level of the authorities of Turkey and Tajikistan!
At the moment, the political movement “Group 24” through legal organizations received a foreign lawyer and he took up the case of missing members of the movement.
“Group-24” will bring this case to the end and those who are involved in this shameful act will be punished!
The Turkish authorities have not named those responsible for the murder of Umarali Kuvvatov in Turkish Istanbul in 2015, and in return, Turkish lyceums associated with Fethullah Gulen were closed in Tajikistan. Now the disappearance of the participants in the movement in Turkey and the disappearance of teachers of Turkish lyceums in Tajikistan may be links of the same chain and be a deal between the authorities of Turkey and Tajikistan.
