According to the information received from the unofficial sources of the “Group 24”, the activist Shobuddin Badalov was extradited to Tajikistan last night and is in the hands of the special services of Tajikistan.
It is necessary to mention, that according to the decision of the Department of Internal Affairs of Nizhny Novgorod from 2019 Mr. Sh. Badalov was granted temporary asylum in Russia with a period of validity until August 30, 2020. At the same time, the decision from July 23, 2020, denied him the extension of the asylum period, about what he was notified on July 28, 2020.
Following the law, on August 28, 2020, Mr Badalov appealed this decision of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in the Sormovsky district’s court of Nizhny Novgorod.
On 1 September (in the morning) in the house number 58 on Troitskaya street of the Soviet district of Nizhny Novgorod, Shobuddin Badalov was detained by unknown persons, who introduced themselves as the police officers (some of them were dressed in police uniforms). The detainees said, that he will be taken to the Department No. 5 of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in Nizhny Novgorod.
