Powerful earthquake in Turkey and Syria:

According to the American Geological Survey (USGS), a magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck at 04:17 local time near the city of Gaziantep, a major industrial center near the border with Syria. Tremors were also felt in Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, Greece, Cyprus and Israel. Later, there was a second tremor with a magnitude of 7.5 and dozens of weaker ones, the USGS said. Tremors were felt in different regions, including in the capital Ankara, in Adan, Nevshehir, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Mersin, Hatai.
The news of the devastating earthquake in the political movement “Group 24” was received with the greatest sorrow.
