Rahmonov publicly had the educational conversation with his son concerning with his appointment to the post of Mayor of Dushanbe. From beginning to end of this meeting, Rahmonov was mumbling nonsense under the applause. He mocked the native Tajik language. When he is not reading from the paper, he has still really a bad speech. No logic, no meaning, no values, no policies, no economy — in short, nothing in his words, explanations and suggestions. Nothing! Absolutly nothing!
About the grammar and the sequence of his speech — it is nessesary to mention, that there are no words to explain the level of degradation of this person. “You’re not hungry, nobody will be able to pressure on you and that is why I have appointed you Mayor,” said Rakhmonov to his son, Rustam Emomali.
“You are not hungry” — what is the kind of absurd justification for the action? On this, Rahmonov draws attention of others and justifies to the people the motive of the Rustam’s appointment — as Mayor of the city.
Despicable and the self-appointed leader of the nation Rahmonov believes that other worthy candidates for this position are not suitable, because they are hungry. Somebody of the people is also not good, because the people are starving too. He and his family are fed, so they are generals, ministers, bankers and even academics and doctors of Sciences. His family is like a production company, which produces leading cadres of the country – the company like – “Society without responsibility and with unlimited permissiveness”.
All entrepreneurs, who were there and initiativ offered to build, create and repair something in the city looked uncertain. The fact that, suddenly, right after the appointment of Rustam, they have become so generous and enterprising, it becomes clear, that they were forced under threats. Theatrical performance by recetarle family continues. Only in these performances Rakhmonov always plays badly and exposes himself as a ridicule. He sat on top as the “cruel king” whom everyone is afraid and accountable to him, and was talking about “numbering in each strawberry peace”. The level of his mentality is below the floor, and he is on the border between the last stage of degradation and the “fallen man”.
PS: the Appointment of Rustam Emomali is contrary to article 9 of Law on combating corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan from April 27, 2005 “Obstacles to the appointment (election) to the state service” Paragraph 4: a person may not be appointed to the state post in the case of direct subordination, subordination or accountability of a post held by his close relatives.
